Our client company, a leader in software products that provide financial analytics to hospitals and healthcare systems in the United States is seeking a talented Product Manager to be part of a team that is charged with increasing the value of existing products to delivering new products for their market. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on market feedback.

As Product Manager, you must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. In this role you will communicate with all areas of the company and work with product development to define product requirements. You will work with marketing communications to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, regularly working with the sales channel and key customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
• Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
• Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
• Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
• 2- 3 years’ experience in healthcare technology
• Computer Science or Engineering degree
• Comfortable and capable in an entrepreneurial work environment; and
• Advanced written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response

Senior Pharmacy Consultant – U.S.

Our client company is seeking a Pharmacy Consultant to support the implementation and monitoring of medication dispensing products. Be part of a leading organization that helps clinicians solve some of heathcare’s most critical challenges. In this role you will lead top healthcare organizations in the implementation of these products and you will have a major impact on how their pharmacy operates. Become part of the solution that has dramatically changed hospitals’ medication management system by increasing medication safety, decreasing the risk of medication errors, increasing efficiency, facilitating regulatory compliance and enhancing security.

As part of the Implementation Organization, will work directly with the customer and implementation teams to ensure solution design addresses customer need. This is a home-based position with travel. The successful candidate can live anywhere in the USA near a major airport.

Accountabilities:
• Provides clinical support Dispensing Implementation teams implementing Pyxis medication dispensing solutions.
• Provides work flow analysis of existing processes within the Medication Management System. Identifies current areas of inefficiencies, patient/provider safety concerns, lost revenue, and
potential drug diversion opportunities. Performs work flow redesign with identified automation solutions to facilitate achievement of identified customer goals. Accomplished through
traditional structured solution design using current state assessment and future state design methodology.
• Provides consultation as to positioning of products to support efficient and effective workflow as well as current and anticipated clinical needs.
• As key member of the implementation team, ensures future state solution designs and statements of work are complete and achievable.
• Performs follow-up Medication Management System reviews to determine system optimization and customer value realization as an add-on chargeable service. Accomplished via post installation
evaluation of current system practices, and developing action plans to assure system optimization and facilitating successful implementation of action items.
• Identifies and shares Pyxis medication dispensing solutions best practices to help achieve the highest possible levels of patient and caregiver safety and product utilization.
• Collaborates with Sales Clinical Consulting to ensure pre-sales customer assessments and expectations are captured in the implementation Statement of Work.
• Functions as the voice of the Customer.
• Collaborates and builds synergistic relationships with Sales Account Executive, Clinical Sales Consulting, Product Managers, Product Research and Development teams, Interface Teams,
Implementation & Support teams, Customer Advocacy, and Training.
• May provide clinical guidance for new product development and software enhancements to assure adherence to current healthcare and regulatory standards as well as assure enhanced customer
satisfaction.
• Defines other post implementation billable service opportunities including CQI and data analysis support.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Nursing required: Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist or Nurse.
• Experience in hospital environment and/or consulting experience.
• Experience managing the installation and support of advanced computerized systems preferred.
• Automation/informatics experience required in either hospital setting and/or vendor environment.
• Must be customer focused and have experience with the unique governing factors that influence implementation outcomes.
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Must be able to manage customer expectations, and possess excellent organizational skills with the flexibility to readily adapt to change.
• Requires excellent problem resolution abilities and strong technical skills.
• 80% travel and flexible working hours are required, including nights and weekends.
• Work from home office.
