Generating and Qualifying Sales Leads: You would have developed a list of hundreds of large physician organizations and learned key information about each by:
• Conducting internet searches to identify organizations and key contacts
• Calling/e-mailing industry associations and our Company’s network of contacts
• Figuring out and using a number of other methods to build the list
• Figuring out how many physicians are in each practice
• Determining what Electronic Health Record system (“EHR”) the organization is using
• Assessing where the organization is in its effort to achieve Meaningful Use (“MU”)
• Speaking with potential customers to assess their current processes and generate
awareness of and interest in our solution

Worked in our CRM system to track progress: You would have captured key information about prospective customers and partners, set reminders related to follow up for you and your colleagues, outlined next steps, exported lists for use in marketing activities, segment contacts via tagging and staged organizations according to where they are in the sales pipeline.

Constant Contact: You would be a ninja with our marketing software and have responsibility for generating a steady flow of well-attended webinars and prospective customer meetings, including pre-conference and post-conference outreach, product updates and customer/partner webinars.

Marketing Material Creation: You would have been the central point of contact for creating press releases, case studies, customer testimonials in both print and video form, presentations for speaking engagements and other marketing material. This involves speaking with customers and managing graphic design, public relations and additional marketing resources. Board and Management reporting: You would be the “owner” of our sales pipeline, updating it and creating regular and ad-hoc reports that provide our Management Team and Board of Directors critical visibility into how we’re doing on the sales front and how we can improve.

Follow-Up: We really could have used your help on this last month! You would have been in touch with prospective customers to set up meetings, send follow-up materials (i.e., overview presentations, ROI analyses, business cases, etc.) and done research in preparation for key meetings. You would also would have let them know we were exhibiting at our industry’s largest trade show this month, will have specific times set aside for them to come to our booth and kept the master list of who planned to join us and when. You also would have joined us at the trade show in New Orleans and might have had the best time you’ve ever had at work.

Job description:

As a Build and Release Engineer you will be responsible for software configuration management (SCM) of web based, enterprise class software. You will maintain continuous integration servers and repositories in support of Development, Quality Assurance, Sales and Implementation teams. As a result, you will be responsible for automating the deployment and migration of custom applications for multiple cloud-based environments.

You will be joining a highly experienced and skilled development team. These individuals have significant healthcare industry experience specializing in software engineering, systems architecture, interoperability, standards compliance, cloud-computing, big data, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Subversion, Hudson, Nexus servers
  • Maintain integration, QA, staging, demo, training and production environments

Implementation Specialist – Chicago, IL

Our client company is looking for an outstanding project manager with strong interpersonal skills that can work with the implementation team to deliver projects on-time, utilizing appropriate resources and solidifying the relationship with the client. Getting a New Client “Live” on our products. You would have helped us project manage a client through the entire process of getting them live on the key products in the product suite. This would have required you to do the following:
• Initiate team meetings with the client to lead them through all parts of the implementation process, assigning key roles and responsibilities and delivering supporting documentation and assignments;
• Lead discussions with client and technical team to determine the optimal design to connect with the client’s EHR environment;
• Coordinate with our technical team to ensure that they have all of the proper accesses and contact names to initiate the connector build;
• Analyze client data trends and Meaningful Use progress. Field client questions related to MU program details and best practices;
• Develop a training schedule and, where necessary, deliver training to key resources. This step may require you to modify existing training documentation to meet the unique client situation;
• Document meetings, next steps, timelines and communicate all to both the internal team as well as to the client.

Building our Operations, Implementation and Account Management Infrastructure: After spending time with a few implementations and interfacing with clients and amazing implementation team, you would have been asked to help support efforts to scale our implementation efforts. This means you might have:
• Created documents that can be re-used for new implementations;
• Documented Standard Operating Procedures and checklists that streamline the getting started process;
• Identified reporting needs to assist in identifying outliers or customer issues before they reach a crisis;
• Developed new communications (e.g., training, introductions, etc.) that better tell the story and prepare clients for using the product suite;
• Participated in brainstorming with greater team to identify methodologies and product development that can improve scalability.
