Software Optimization Consultant – Chicago, IL

Responsibilities, not limited to:

  • Create and maintain positive customer service relationships
  • Document business requirements, analyze requirements, identify needs, and specify effective solutions to clients
  • Understand general ERP applications and how they are utilized for capital planning/tracking
  • Use understanding of clients’ business trends and industry trends to recommend effective solutions
  • Lead and support collaborative business partnerships and elicit client understanding and insight
  • Demonstrate appropriate knowledge of clients’ needs and requirements, be continuously alert and responsive to changing client needs, and formulate business strategies designed to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Build relationships and product/service loyalty and assure customer satisfaction is a prominent theme in execution
  • Organize and manage multiple priorities and projects using appropriate methodologies and tools

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or consulting
  • Healthcare industry (or related field) experience
  • Understand areas of project management scope, time, quality, risk, and configuration management
  • Have the ability to assess and understand client processes, elicit client understanding, and insight to advise and make recommendations
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral).  Proven experience leading meetings, presenting applications, technical or process improvement solutions, and conducting user training
  • Self-directed
